Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    salt
    1 c. thin cream
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    some celery seed
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Cook with salt until barely tender.
    Add a cup of thin cream and a paste made of cornstarch or flour, some celery seed and pepper.
    Put a tablespoon of butter in each soup dish and fill with the soup.
    Eat with oyster crackers or saltines.
