Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat (hamburger; part sausage can be used)
    1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    2 eggs per lb. meat
    1/4 c. ketchup
    onions and celery to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    enough milk to hold together
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Place in ovenware bowl or pan, shaping into a round or oblong loaf.
    Add ketchup and several strips of uncooked bacon over loaf.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 until done, approximately 1 hour, depending on width of loaf.
