Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    black pepper to taste
    2 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 3-inch strips
    1 yellow onion, cut into strips
    2 sweet peppers, cut into strips (green, red or yellow)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil for cooking
    1 pkg. 8-inch flour tortillas
Preparation
    For Marinade:
    In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper.
    Pour 1/2 into another bowl.
    Add chicken to one bowl and peppers and onion to another.
    Cover and marinate in fridge at least 30 minutes.
