Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. cauliflower florets
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray pie plate with vegetable cooking spray.
    Steam zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower florets, carrots, mushrooms, onions and green peppers in about 1/2 cup of water until tender.
    Drain and place in pie plate.
    Stir in cheese.
    Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
