Sesame Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter, softened at room temperature
    4 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 jumbo eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. flour (Gold Medal)
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, eggs and lemon extract.
    Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Refrigerate for 6 hours.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pinch off pieces of dough; roll into balls, then roll in a bowl of sesame seed.
    Place on cookie sheet (ungreased), a few inches apart.
    Press down with a fork.
    Bake for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
