Mini Fruitcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (28 oz.) jar ready to use mincemeat
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    candied cherries, halved
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed (not evaporated) milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, stir together flour and baking soda.
    Add remaining ingredients except cherries.
    Mix well.
    Line 1 3/4-inch muffin cups with paper liners or grease lightly.
    Spoon 1 level measuring tablespoon batter into each cup. Top each with cherry half.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Store loosely covered at room temperature.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
