Special Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pt. heavy cream

Preparation

Cream in bowl together the sugar, cream cheese, sour cream and eggs.
Add flavoring.
Add heavy cream last.
Beat about 3 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
