Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pink salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine salmon, eggs, onion, flour, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
    Mix with fork and shape into 8 patties. Flatten patties slightly.
    Dip into additional cracker crumbs. Fry in oil or butter.
