Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all together.
    Turn into about 1-inch balls.
    Brown in hot oil.
    After meatballs are cooked, drain off oil and add into sauce.
    Ready to serve over rice.
