Sugarless Fat-Free Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. raisins
artificial sweetener (type which withstands heat) to equal 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together egg white and milk.
Add applesauce, mixing well. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to applesauce mixture.
Mix until smooth. Fold in raisins.
Pour batter into muffin pans sprayed with nonstick spray or use paper bake cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 10 muffins.
One muffin equals 88 calories.
