Janine'S Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
    12 oz. sliced ham, cubed
    12 oz. shredded Swiss
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) French bread
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Make the night ahead.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch or slightly larger deep cake pan.
    Toss ham, broccoli and cheese.
    Spoon half of mix into bottom of pan.
    Slice bread into 16 slices.
    Arrange bread in 2 long rows, overlapping each slice.
    Put rest of broccoli mix on top.
    Mix eggs, mustard, milk, onion and hot pepper sauce.
    Pour over broccoli; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
