Philly Cracker Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
1/2 tsp. dried chili pepper flakes
2 green onions
1 tsp. cilantro, chopped
Preparation

To cream cheese, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of drained mandarin syrup.
Beat until rather light.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill, serve with salty wheat crackers.
Serves 8 to 10.
