Our Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (regular or hot)
    2 c. milk
    6 slices white bread
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 green onions, including tops, chopped
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small can chopped green chiles
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain well.
    Remove bread crusts; cube bread slices.
    Stir milk, salt, mustard and green chiles into beaten eggs.
    Spread bread cubes in a well-greased 9 x 12-inch dish; pour in egg mixture.
    Layer green onion, crumbled sausage and shredded cheese on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
