Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. dried garlic flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Combine melted margarine and garlic.
Dip chicken into margarine, then into crumb mixture, coating thoroughly.
Roll each piece into firm roll, skewer with toothpick and arrange in glass baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice and any remaining margarine over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
