Delicious Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal (Martha White)
    1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Add water to buttermilk to make thick as desired.
    Slightly beat eggs.
    Add milk to the eggs, then add meal and Jiffy mix. Pour into hot iron skillet.
    Grease skillet with 3 tablespoons of oil.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 or 8.
