Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can fancy Chinese vegetables with liquid
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Mix everything together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
