Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    1 small onion, cut fine
    dash of Accent
    approximately 10 Ritz crackers
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash; add butter, eggs, onion and Accent.
    Mix well.
    Add 5 crushed crackers and 1/4 cup grated cheese to mixture.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Put remaining crushed crackers and grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until heated through.
