Black Russian Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
    1 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. Kahlua
    2 Tbsp. vodka
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts or toasted almonds
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with waxed paper.
    Melt chocolate and butter with pepper over low heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, beating well.
    Stir in cooled chocolate mixture, Kahlua and vodka.
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add to chocolate mixture.
    Stir until blended.
    Add nuts and spread into prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until toothpick or cake tester inserted into center comes out clean, approximately 25 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Cut into bars. Makes approximately 30 brownies.
