Umbreen'S Unbelievable Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa or carob
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter two round cake pans, then dust with flour. Mix sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and vanilla together.
Pour into flour mixture. Add water and blend well for about 1 minute.
Pour batter into pans, dividing evenly. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with any frosting or blended fruit.
