Green Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. jalapeno peppers
2 medium green or semi-ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
salt to taste
Preparation

Wash and stem green peppers.
Barely cover with water. Quarter tomatoes and place on top of peppers; boil until peppers are tender (about 10 minutes).
Place tomatoes and peppers in blender along with garlic, then puree.
Salt to taste.
Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
