Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh broccoli, cooked
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter or oleo.
    Add soup, milk, broccoli and cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Mix with rice.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
