Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    1 cube beef bouillon in 1/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic powder
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat in melted butter.
    Cook about 1 hour.
    Remove meat; add onions and green pepper.
    Saute about 2 minutes.
    Return meat with tomatoes and bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 cup water.
    Add soy sauce, sugar and salt.
    Stir into meat mixture and cook until thick and tender.
