Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini, cut in cubes, unpeeled
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cup (16 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix stuffing with melted oleo. Add 1/2 to first five ingredients, sprinkle 1/2 on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
