Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. raw grated or chopped zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raw carrot, chopped or grated
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Add zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into
    2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing.
