Dijon Mustard Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Dijon mustard
    4 oz. Italian dressing
    1 oz. white wine
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    onion to taste
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into bowl and whisk until incorporated.
    Apply liberally to chicken, fish, meat and pork. Let stand 1 to 3 hours and cook as desired.
