Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk hot sausage
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)
Preparation
-
Mix together with fingers.
Roll into bite size balls and bake or freeze.
When frozen, package in freezer bags.
Bake on cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes about walnut size balls.
