Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boneless
    4 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh), leaves chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. white herb wine vinegar
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare charcoal for grilling.
    Place chicken breasts in a wide shallow dish.
    Sprinkle with garlic and rosemary; then drizzle with oil and vinegar.
    Season lightly with black pepper. Turn breasts to coat and combine.
    Let marinate, turning once or twice at room temperature, 15 to 30 minutes.
    When coals are ready, arrange chicken on grill.
    Add chicken; grill, turning once, until golden brown on outside and just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
