Pasta With Spring Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium pasta shells
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen peas, cooked
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 large yellow or red pepper, sliced
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. NutraSweet Spoonful
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine pasta, peas, onions and pepper in salad bowl.
Mix milk, vinegar, mayonnaise, parsley and sweetener.
Pour dressing over first ingredients and toss; season.
Makes 12 servings.
