Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    1 (10 oz.) box angel food cake, broken into small pieces
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water; stir well. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add 1 cup pineapple juice to gelatin mixture.
    (Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup, if necessary.)
    Chill until partially set. Whip gelatin mixture until frothy.
    Blend whipped cream, pineapple and angel food cake pieces into gelatin mixture.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan; chill.
    Makes 12 or more servings.
