Family Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 chickens (about 6 lb.)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 small bottle French dressing (red)
    1 small jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix soup, dressing and preserves and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
    Make yellow rice as a side dish.
