Ingredients

5 qt. meat, sliced in thin strips (lean)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix all together; let meat marinate for 12 hours in mixture. Take out of mixture and bake on wire screen or hang by toothpicks for 5 to 8 hours until dry.
