Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. powdered mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    sweet or sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients but butter and cream in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Cook for a few minutes until it thickens a little. Remove from heat.
    Add the butter.
    You can add either sweet or sour cream to make one pint, if desired.
