Italian-Style Chicken Roll-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar commercial spaghetti sauce (Prego)
4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
8 (6 x 4-inch) slices ham
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Pour about half of the spaghetti sauce in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
Brown chicken in butter over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning once.
Drain on paper towel. Cut cheese slices in halves.
Wrap each piece of chicken with 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham, securing with wooden toothpicks.
Place in baking dish.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top.
Sprinkle with mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
