Mrs. T'S Fried Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well. Coat chicken pieces well.
    Brown in oil.
    Put chicken in a large shallow baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender. This makes enough coating for 3 chickens.
    Unused portions of dry mix can be stored in a sealed glass jar.
