Chocolate Cake For Chocolate Lovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. dark semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    1 c., plus 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (divided use)
    4 eggs
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. cake flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Combine chocolate with 1 cup of butter and melt slowly in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beaten well with a wooden spoon after each addition. Continue mixing while adding sugar, then flour.
