Tomato Pie Main Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 10-inch pastry shell
    2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    salt and pepper
    all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    3 slices Provolone cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Prick bottom
    and
    sides
    of pastry shell; bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Set aside to cool.
