Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cranberries
2 seedless oranges (navel), rind and all
2 c. sugar
pecans or walnuts if desired
Preparation

Grind cranberries in food processor to fine.
Add oranges; grind until mixed well.
Put into glass bowl; add sugar, mix well. Add nuts if you want.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
