Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; let cool.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and butter, mixing well.
    Add flour, coconut and milk; mix well.
    Pour mixture into two 9-inch pie plates.
    Cook for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. This makes its own crust.
