Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a skillet.
    Brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from skillet and drain well.
    Melt remaining 1/4 cup of butter, add flour and stir.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in beef broth and water.
    Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add sour cream; reduce heat, stir well.
    Add meatballs, heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
