Ground Beef Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, finely chopped
1 c. sliced celery
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of pepper
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 small can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in butter.
Remove from pan.
Brown rice and ground beef; set aside.
Combine soups, water, soy sauce and pepper.
Add ground beef, onions, celery and rice.
Stir in bean sprouts.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Serve with warmed Chinese noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
