Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
10 slices French bread, cut into 3/8-inch thick rounds
Preparation

In a shallow dish, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon.
Dip bread slices into milk mixture, coating both sides. Allow excess to drain.
Place slices on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
