Mom'S Pineapple Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large bananas, diced
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Assemble all ingredients before mixing.
Chill bananas after dicing.
