Caramel Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
    1/4 c. butter
    4 c. pecan halves or coarsely chopped pecans
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place cake mix in large bowl.
    Using pastry blender or fork, cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Press in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Top with pecans.
    In large saucepan, combine brown sugar, sugar, 1 cup butter and honey.
    Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 3 minutes; remove from heat.
    Stir in whipping cream until well blended.
    Pour evenly over pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 17 to 22 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly.
    Cool completely.
    Cut into squares or bars.
    Makes 48 bars.
