Spinach With Pine Nuts And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh spinach, cleaned and trimmed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. pine nuts, toasted
    1/3 c. raisins, coarsely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
    Blanch spinach by dropping in water for 45 seconds.
    Drain spinach; chop and set aside.
