Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
1 medium onion
1 carrot, grated
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Combine with chopped onion.
Add grated carrot, sour cream, melted margarine and soup.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake in uncovered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
