Tallerine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra fine noodles
1 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil noodles in salted water until tender.
Brown in heavy skillet the ground beef, onion, garlic and pepper, then add chili powder, salt and pepper.
Line large greased casserole with half the noodles.
On top of the noodles, pour meat mixture.
Cover with corn and half cheese.
Add last half of noodles.
Over this pour diluted soup on top; pour Ro-Tel.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250\u00b0, covered.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Can be frozen.
