Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch cooked, fresh broccoli spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine broccoli, celery and pimientos.
    Mix well.
    In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well with broccoli mixture until well blended. Turn into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and cheese bubbles.
