Battered Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 lb. fish fillets
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add cider vinegar; add water, a few drops at a time, to make a thick batter.
    Pat fish dry and dip into batter.
    Fry until golden.
