Orange Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
2 (3 oz. each) pkg. Jell-O orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet (2 c.)
Preparation

Drain oranges, measuring syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add measured liquid. Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until well melted.
Chill until thick.
Fold oranges in.
Chill overnight.
Very refreshing. Children love to help make this.
