Sweet Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can small sweet peas, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small jar pimiento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    For best results, refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
